Application Field

The Coldsaver Roller Shutter is especially suitable for fitment to a body requiring an ATP class certification and can be installed in any commercial vehicle body and swap body.

>   2" nylon roller with stainless steel shaft, seated in eccentric nylon sleeve
>   By adjusting the eccentric sleeve, the single panels can be optimally matched to the rear frame of

>   60 mm profile with double-walled aluminium finish - powder coat
>   60 mm polyurethane (CFC free) foam insulation

>   EPDM bottom sealing with dual point of contact
>   Zinc-plated 2" track system and 2" nylon rollers with long and with short shaft made of stainless
     steel
>   Side seal with dual point of contact
>   Aluminium roller holder with eccentric nylon sleeve
>   Inside cables made of stainless steel 7 x 7 (1570N/mm²)
>   TIR hook lock or alternatives, with inside release
>   Header 200 mm
>   Manual operation with spring balancer; pneumatic or electric drive also possible
>   Finish - powder coat - similar to RAL 9016
